Learn to decorate and paint on small Chinese teacups inspired by typical traditional Chinese art motifs such as bamboos, plum blossoms, orchids, chrysanthamums or lotuses that have highly symbolic meanings in Chinese culture. Using Western ceramic paints, inspired by a combination of traditional Chinese and Western painting techniques, learn to fuse East and West,  guided by the studio's artist to create somthing unique. Bring your own tea cups home after the workshop as a new décor item or as a special gift.
 
* Please note this is not a ceramic making workshop. This is a painting workshop learning how to decorate on ready-made  ceramic cups with DIY ceramic paints that do not require oven-firing.
 
Decorated teacups are suitable for decorative or occasional use and not everyday use. 
After drying, the colors tolerate gentle washing by hand, without soaking. 
Decorated surfaces not intended to be in contact with food.
Do not scratch or rub the painted surface.
